You won't find a better location for your next White Mountain getaway than this updated condo in Nordic Village! This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 9 people and is in a great location. You will be 1 mile to Story Land, 10 minutes to downtown North Conway or Mount Washington trail heads and less than 15 minutes to 3 major ski mountains! If you don't feel like hopping in the car this unit is a quick walk to all the amenities the resort has to offer on site!

This condo is a two level unit featuring two complete living spaces on each floor. Upstairs has a small deck overlooking the mountains while the downstairs is a walk-out onto the grounds. In the event your group needs a little vacation separation there is free Wi-Fi and a TV in each of the two bedrooms as well as each of the two living rooms. This condo is close to all the resort's amenities which include an indoor pool and hot tub, two outdoor pools (one is heated year round), a year round outdoor hot tub, game room, grilling areas, playground and miles of walking trails.
For your safety and ours we have a doorbell camera on the front door and an exterior security camera on the downstairs patio slider.

Late check-out billed $50 for the 1st hour, $100 for the 2nd. After 2 hours, you'll be charged an extra night and incoming guest accommodation.

We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids. We love traveling and being able to share our space with others. We currently have 4 properties in the White Mountains and love being able to sneak away to the area whenever possible. We have been hosting since 2021 and love hearing from our guests about different traditions -some old, some new- and the memories you have made at our home!

Why they chose this property

Nordic Village has a special place with our family. My wife and I started visiting here on family trips while we were in high school and we are very fortunate to now be able to share the community with our kids. The condo is 2 minutes to Story Land, and 15 minutes to North Conway, Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat, Jackson Village, Cathedral Ledge, Echo Lake, snowmobiling, Mt Washington and more. We love the Mount Washington Valley area.

What makes this property unique

Our condo could be split into two separate units and offers an amazing opportunity for two groups (or a family with older kids) to be together while also having their own complete space. We are also in one of the closest buildings to the pools, hot tubs, game rooms, fire pits and all other on site amenities.
