You must walk up one flight of covered stairs to get to the main entrance of the home.
Bedrooms: All on the first level:
1. Large area with queen bed and renovated ensuite bath.
2. Queen with ensuite bath and private patio with beautiful views.
3. Bunk room: One twin over full bunk. One twin over twin bunk. Four beds total.
4. Two twins
Also on the main level:
- Full shared bath.
- Laundry
Second level: Access with spiral metal staircase.
- Large open living area with beautiful views.
- Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.
- Work table or game table.
- Dining area: room for up to 10 at the table (use leaves to seat 10).
- Enough seating for 10 in comfortable recliners and sofas.
Also on the second level:
- Fully renovated, well-stocked kitchen.
- Wood burning stove.
- Access the back patio where you will find the private hot tub and gas grill.

This home is nestled in the heart of East Vail. East Vail has a grocery store, a liquor store, and one restaurant at the Vail Racquet Club. We recommend getting groceries at the City Market or Safeway (5-10 minute drive). The local grocery here has a limited stock and should ideally be used in a pinch.
East Vail is home to beautiful waterfalls in the summer, dramatic mountains, and snow covered couloirs in the winter. East Vail is truly perfect if you want to be immersed in nature, yet minutes from Vail Village.

While we always recommend having a vehicle, it is not necessary for this property. The home is near a Town of Vail bus stop that runs every 15 minutes in the winter and 30 in the summer (until it doesn't, then you are best served with a taxi).
