The kitchen has large butcher block island and is fully stocked with all staple appliances, including a Keurig. There are 3 TVs throughout the property- some are Smart. Washer and Dryer off main level kitchen. Other features include Wi-Fi, Satellite Radio, Cathedral Ceilings, Large covered/open furnished deck overlooking the beach, Gas Grill, and (2) hot/cold, enclosed outdoor showers. Main Level (Top) has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bottom Level (Entry) has a bonus room with (2) bunk beds, (2) double beds, and a foosball table. Linens (bedding, bath towels, kitchen towels) provided with beds made. Pets allowed with $250.00 non-refundable fee (2 max). Rents Saturday to Saturday. No Smoking!
