What to do while you stay here:
Across the road we have are nature hiking/walking trails to enjoy at your leisure with kayaks and canoes available for your use at the river's edge. Bring your camera, you might see a deer or a wild turkey or two along with squirrels, chipmunks and song birds. In the winter cross country skiis are available as well. We also have a new on-site disc golf course to try out your frisbee skills.
We are located 7 minutes from historic downtown Huntsville for casual to fine dining, shopping and unique seasonal venues.
Take a 30 minute drive to enjoy the world famous Algonquin Park and on the way stop by the Ragged Falls Park, beauty to enjoy in all seasons.

We moved to Muskoka 14 years ago when we decided it was the perfect place to raise a family.

Why they chose this property
Our property consists of an original homestead farm with rolling fields and forest. It is a quiet, peaceful rural location, yet is only a short 5 minute drive from downtown Huntsville.
What makes this property unique
This property is divided in two by Sinclair Road with a log home, our home, and our business location as well as this tiny home on one side and forest with nature trails leading to the Big East River on the other side. You will have complete access to the nature trails leading to the river when staying at this tiny home.
