THE SPACE
An open floor plan, three bedroom home (all rooms are with air conditioning), wifi, fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens and towels.

There ia a gas propane grill, 4 lounge chairs, 2 Tamarack chairs and an wooden picnic table bench set.
Guest access
Guest have private access to the whole house, except the owner’s closet and the pool pump area.

We've provided many of the basics below to help make this vacation house a home for your family/friends get together or girls/guys escape to the sunshine counrty! Whether you like to cook in the kitchen or bring food in, you'll find everything you need for up to 8 guests.

Such a welcoming place to stay.

Wonderful hosts … private setting and beautiful house. We stayed with 5 adult family members and had enough space for us all. You will need a vehicle to stay here as it is a bit outside Belmopan.

March short week

New, clean 3BR, 2 bath house in small gated community. Quiet, secure, manicured jungle property. Advantage of neighboring property developer, related to Canadian owners. Short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, services in Belmopan. Good for small family.

Comfortable Stay, Peaceful Setting

The property is comfortable, spacious, and located in a quiet, gated area surrounded by nature. Air conditioning worked well, and check-in was easy. We did encounter an issue with four shirts that were damaged beyond repair due to a faulty dryer lint catcher that didn’t fit properly. The owner was initially responsive and offered to help with the clothing damage but ultimately deferred to VRBO insurance and ended communication. More detailed assistance with this claim would be helpful such as contact info for VRBO insurance, which was not provided. We also encountered a couple of scorpions inside the home, so just be aware. Communication was adequate for arrival and departure. The location is central but not very close to San Ignacio, so having a vehicle is helpful. I would recommend this property for its comfort and peaceful setting.

Quiet Jungle Retreat

Central Oasis was a beautiful property! The house is nestled within a gated compound with 4 or 5 other homes. In general it was a very peaceful and safe experience. There are a couple of things future visitors should be aware of: 1. When you arrive at the gate you will be greeted by 3 protective german shepards....once they see you or your car one or two times they don't bark or approach you anymore. 2. The country of Belize has regular blackout periods and you may or may not know when and where this will happen. This is nothing the host can control but this house is solar-powered so its a good idea to turn off AC and lights if you are going to be away from the house for a number of hours to preserve your backup power. When we first arrived (at night) it was kind of nerve-wrecking trying to find the property and little scary for me because it seemed like we were in a very remote location but we found out in the morning light that were actally very close to a lot of things. I would definitely stay there again as the hosts were great and responsive whenever we reached out for something. Thanks Elisabeth for sharing your home with us!

The neighborhood sits along a beautiful river, quiet and calm, surrounded by lush jungle greenery. Tall trees and birdsong create a peaceful, secluded atmosphere where life moves slowly. Just 500 meters away, is a golf course, blending in with nature.
