"Boat House" Studio Palm Farm Retreat

The space
Space is fully renovated, modern farmhouse, A-frame style. Everything is brand new. Space offers one open studio bedroom, with a queen bed. The couch also folds out to a small twin bed, probably best for a child or small adult. There is also a kithenette with a sink, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The room also comes with a smart flat screen tv.

Guest access
You will have access to the tree swing, the fishing dock, walking paths, fire table, bicycles and patio.

This property is located within 2 miles away from a grocery store, bank, coffee shop, and other retail establishments. It is just 3 1/2 miles away from one of the nicest preserve nature parks in the county, filled with nature, hiking and kayaking opportunities. It is also only a 15 minute drive to the ocean and fine dining resturants on PGA Boulevard.
