Relax in our private Warm Springs chalet just a short walk to lifts, trails, and the creek. This thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom retreat is the perfect base for skiing, hiking, biking, or unwinding in Sun Valley.

Located in one of Ketchum’s most desirable neighborhoods, you’re just 200 yards from Warm Springs lift access and minutes to downtown.

The chalet offers a clean, modern interior with everything needed for a comfortable stay, along with a private outdoor patio to relax and enjoy the mountain setting.

Bike-friendly amenities include secure storage, a repair stand, and a wash station—ideal for road and mountain biking.

Guests enjoy summer access to the heated community pool, pickleball & tennis courts.

Owner-hosted and thoughtfully maintained to provide a clean, private, and seamless stay.

For property security, exterior security cameras are installed at the front entry/driveway and rear patio areas. Cameras monitor outdoor areas only and record video only (audio disabled). There are no cameras inside the chalet or in any private guest spaces.

The place was incredibly nice and exceeded our expectations! The only thing we can think of to improve the stay is a dry place to put our skis….. perhaps an outdoor box?

Wonderful stay

Stayed three nights and really enjoyed ourselves. 2 miles out of town, which we did walk when we had time (there is a nice bike/walking path that leads right into town). Quiet and restful neighborhood. Attentive host. I enjoyed an afternoon at the pool. Wonderful kitchen, everything you need. We did cook in one night and had everything that we needed.

Prime location and nice place

For those looking to stay close to the mountain, this is a prime location - it is an easy, two block walk to the chair lift! The listing is accurate - it is a small standalone cottage behind the owner's house. The place is very new and well-appointed and the owner takes great care with the space. It does not have a full kitchen, e.g. no oven and the outdoor grill is small and electric, but it is perfectly adequate and I did plenty of cooking while there. The owner was very friendly and communicative and made sure the sidewalks and areas around the olace were clear. I enjoyed my time there.
