Kitchen features reverse osmosis system so you can have quality drinking water without needing bottled water. Dining area has table that will seat 12 people together plus there is seating at the bar. There are two large covered patios & lots of outdoor furniture – tables & chairs to seat 12 plus seating for 12 on rocking chairs. You can walk down your own private short boardwalk & put your feet into the sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico! Beach items stocked for Guest use including beach towels, chairs, toys, & much more. Home is extremely clean with luxury vinyl flooring throughout & all new furnishings.
