Complete misrepresentation and fraud

We had asked if the house was occupied and it if was, we were not going to rent it. We were told it was not occupied and was converted into a fulltime rental with no personal possessions. This was completely false. When we showed up for check in the owner did not give us a gate key to get into the community and was not answering her phone. We had to follow another car into the community and knock on the door. She was upstairs undressed, the house and backyard were unkempt, had personal possessions everywhere. We believe this was a complete scam and she didn't expect us to be able to get into the community. When we told her that she said it was unoccupied, she said we were lying. I showed her the messages she sent to us stating that and then she became hostile.
