Welcome to Paradise! Located in ole at Lely Resort. The Ole' amenities offer an amazing social lifestyle at the Village Center with a Pub, Bistro, Internet Cafe, Fitness center, Volleyball, Library and Computer Room, Resort Style Pool with waterfall. All located just a short drive from 5th Ave, Marco Island and the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Townhouse features a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath, living, dining, kitchen area as well as a spacious 2 car garage. Unit has a tastefully updated spacious living room and dining area. The granite kitchen offers a walk-in pantry and stainless steel appliances. The beautifully decorated 3 bedroom upstairs has a King Master suite with large bath, walk in closet. Two additional large bedrooms with ample closet space an open loft with built in desk complete the space. Disability stair lift in unit.
