Spacious newly renovated family home on large corner lot. The home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 Bathroom! Bring your entire family / group to enjoy this very peaceful neighborhood in Bakersfield!

The House is located near many attractions, shopping, The Marketplace and most freeways! Just a short 10-15 minute drive from most places in town. One of the safest areas around for shorter / longer stays.

Plus a huge backyard with seating area for everyone to enjoy and relax during the stay!

5 Bedrooms total & 3 Bathrooms!

-Bedroom (1) Master bedroom with queen size bed and a massive full bathroom for privacy!

-Bedroom (2) Queen size bed with two night stands

-Bedroom (3) Queen size bed with two night stands

-Bathroom #2 with full shower / tub

The above are all on the left side of the house as you enter the main external house doors!

- A Massive living room for everyone to enjoy with ample seating and a 58inch TV for game nights.

- A small hangout / reading area just next to the main entrance before the kitchen area!

- A huge kitchen with cabinets, Fridge, stove and microwave. Of course fully stocked for all of your cooking needs during your stay.

-Bedroom (4) a queen bed with two night stands. This room is close to the kitchen and the wet Bar!!

- The Laundry room follows with another small Bathroom (#3).

- Bedroom (5) is past the garage area with queen size bed and two night stands. Ideal for those in the group that might want a bit more privacy or some space at night!

-The house also comes with a huge backyard, out door seating and lots of great small amenities! Not to mention the covered patio for some outdoor shade.

-External only cameras on property. One by front door and one by back yard gate area.

Great Place for Family

The house has ample space and beds for everyone! It was super clean and the property manager was very attentive! We would definitely stay there again the next time we're in town visiting family.

Gem of a place

A very good location if you’re staying in the Bakersfield area. Quiet neighborhood along with a lot of amenities in the home. Everyone had spacious areas to stay and more importantly areas outside to play in and to just spend some time enjoying. You won’t go wrong and staying in this location. Host was phenomenal in staying in contact.

Best Stay Bakersfield

Victor was a fantastic host. He had left all sofa beds and an air mattress made and ready to sleep in for everyone. We had plenty of towels and toiletries for everyone. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great for families

Lovely property with great gathering spaces for large families. Only negative was that there was no mirror in the third bathroom and the two bedrooms that used that bathroom. Otherwise great space with nice backyard as well. Communication with host was easy and responded quickly. We will use again next time we all gather in Bakersfield.

Excellent home for large group

We had a great stay. There were 12 in our group and everyone had a bed. One of the rooms was on the other side of the garage and quite secluded. It worked great for the one teenager in our group. Kitchen is decently stocked, but the pots and pans are all scratched teflon and there were no cookie sheets or other baking supplies. There were plenty of plates and when I mentioned to the host that there weren't enough bowls or hand towels we had a delivery later that day with those items. The space was fabulous, some of the details could've been better seen to, but we would definitely stay there again.
