2029 Hurricane - Rental Hell

Had to leave 2 days early, since the property utilities were cutoff, and management was none responsive, and offered no refund for the days (inconvenience). The place was dirty, carpets stained, and a mirror was broken (we had to fix the garage door to get a car out of it). The email responses were slow, polite but offered no action. And, no refunds were offered, advised to seek relief from Vrbo (crazy). Suggest you avoid any listings with Elk Ridge. Found a phone number on Facebook, but it does not work. The property seemed to be in some early stage of foreclosure.
