Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Checkout is at 10am, the cleaning crew will be at the cabin right at 10am as they only have 4-5 hours to deep clean the cabin. -Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
-Dirty linen you can leave where it is -Ensure all windows and doors are locked before you leave. -Take the trash out and place it inside the bear proof garbage container.
-Turn off the lights and TVs in all rooms - Check all rooms and make sure you have not left anything behind- the cleaning company will discard any items that do not belong to the cabin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We fell in love with this charming cabin and came back for another stay. The cabin is very clean, the kitchen is practical and the beds are super comfortable. We love the short drive to downtown and restaurants. We even saw a bear come up to the cabin! Highly recommend for family vacation or just a quick getaway.

We had an amazing trip! Fit our two families with small children easily! Hot tub was nice to enjoy after kiddos went down! They had games and tvs in every room. The top king room gets very hot to keep the basement warm (where our kiddos were) so we did utilize the fan provided in that room. We did have very cold temps the week we went (20-30s) so don't think it would be an issue in milder temps! Love when they include high chair/booster seats! Overall great stay!

The check-in process was simple & the host was very quick to respond to our needs. I read reviews that people were cooking meals in home. We did find that slightly difficult with the lack of cooking utensils; can opener needs replacing, no strainer & a few other basic items my friend mentioned as she was the cook. Only a small amount of dish soap provided so we needed to buy more. And only 2 dish towels provided. We tried doing laundry but dryer didn’t work well. Host had maintenance come look, they said it’d be replaced after our stay which really put a cramp in our stay as we packed clothes knowing we’d have a washer/dryer available. There is no bathroom soap so make sure you bring your own. Garbage bags are super thin, we had 3 rip on us causing problems. Overall it was a good stay, location was great, in between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge & close to National Park. And we had a bear visitor

Nice place for the family!

Our family stayed at the Woodland Lodge for our daughter’s wedding in the Glades. Great location…cabin was clean and spacious enough for kids to play and adults to relax. Nice quiet, secluded neighborhood….but easy access to nearby amenities.

Birthday Get Away!The cabin was beautiful, clean and great location. We enjoyed everything about it. After a long day around town, coming back relaxing in the hot tub was amazing. Then we would end the night with a few games of pool. One of rhe best parts of this cabin is the awesome beds, they are so comfortable. So I highly recommend booking this cabin. You won't be disappointed. Oh yea, we got to see bears
