Nestled in the heart of outdoor adventure, our brand new 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome offers the perfect retreat for your next vacation. Whether you're an avid skier, water enthusiast, or simply seeking a tranquil mountain escape, this townhome has it all. You'll be just minutes away from Snowbasin Ski Resort, known for its world-class skiing and snowboarding. During the warmer months, Pineview Reservoir is a short drive away, offering opportunities for boating, fishing, paddleboarding, and more.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and elegantly designed living area. The open-concept layout allows for seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The high-end furnishings and tasteful decor create a warm and inviting atmosphere for you and your fellow travelers to relax in.

The three bedrooms provide ample space for a comfortable night's sleep. The master suite features a plush king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second master suite also features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed and an accessible bathroom on a private level.

For added convenience, there's a half-bath on the main level, a washer/dryer, and a 2-car garage to keep your vehicles safe and secure.

The community hot tub is expected to be ready for ski season! Resort amenities including pool, and additional hot tub, pickleball courts and patio areas will be finished Spring 2024.

The home was well appointed with beautiful furniture and decorations. It was exactly what was described on the website. The proximity to a brand new shopping center and skiing and the reservoir for all of our activities was fantastic. We will totally come back and stay again at this home And the property manager was spectacular with the response time on the few things that we need.

This condo is so clean, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, beautiful views, a fun pool. We had many adventures planned, but the home was so comfortable, part of the day we just stayed and enjoyed resting and quiet conversation. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Little Retreat

Our family of four was looking for a little weekend hideaway to attend a nearby family event, but we also wanted to do a little nature walking, etc. This condo was perfect. It is very comfortable in terms of furnishings and amenities, it was absolutely spotless and well-maintained, checking in and out was a breeze and management was attentive to any needs, of which we had none. It was a smooth run rental. The location is great and the mountain views amazing. There is a Lee's Market just a couple blocks away and it has everything you will ever need for food and other supplies. Great pre-prepared food as well. We loved our weekend here!
