You will be only 7 min from the public boat ramp at Conn Brown Harbor, 10 min from the Port Aransas Ferry, & 15 min to Rockport. HEB is around the corner! You have 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with Roku TV, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, 2 queen and Daybed with trundle. Free parking for 2 vehicles/boats & there is street parking if needed. Enjoy complimentary coffee!
