This unit is perfectly located on the 7th floor overlooking the outdoor pool and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Avoid all elevators when you arrive and park directly on the 7th floor. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!! In the Winter of 2024 we added new bedroom furniture, new polywood balcony furniture and painted the condo!!

Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.

Come relax on the spacious 7th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for accommodations up to 4. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Great Time Great Place

We had a wonderful couple of days, great unit, parking easy and located in garage. Easy walk next door to Flora Bama. Great service on the beach by the hard-working young individuals that set them up each day, very courteous and accommodating front desk. Interior unit AC worked well, kitchen and balcony perfect. Would stay here again no doubt.

Prime location, but would only recommend it for a party of 2.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was updated and in a prime location. However, the property said it accommodated 4 person sleeping. 1 king bed and 1 pullout king sleeper. To me that would mean that bedding would be included. There were not any blankets provided for the pullout. We reached out and received no response to our inquiry. The water in the shower backed up and there was a smell in the living room.

It was so strong that it lingered on our clothes even after we left.
