There is a screened-in lanai that houses a swimming pool, BBQ, TV, stand-up bar and large patio for dining outdoors. The pool is NOT HEATED however, can be for a fee during March to October. Inside the home you'll find an open concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining and conversation rooms designed with relaxation in mind. Seaside Serenity is carefully crafted with vinyl plank flooring, stone countertops and high-end furnishings.
