My host was very helpful when checking in I was struggling a bit and she answered me as soon as I had given her a call, without any hesitation or attitude she walked me through getting into our stay!

Host listed street parking only, however there was no street parking. It’s also in a rough part of town and I wasn’t going to make my family, baby, and dog trek multiple blocks. We had to make other accommodations and VRBO would not reimburse. Avoid property if possible.

Thank you so much and we're glad you had a wonderful time! You are welcome back anytime. We do apologize for the lack of curb appeal as there is a taxi cab company across the street which hasn't maintained their exterior! However our property and interior are spectacularly maintained. Thanks for the feedback!

Host very warming and answered every call when needed. No problems at all other than the door lock sometimes but she handled it everytime!

Long weekend stay in Albany

Overall, the experience was just okay. Listing contact was quick to respond and correct issues. We had a few issues with kitchen cleanliness and availability of towels/cleaning supplies. These were corrected in a timely manner. Street parking was consistently available.

I had an awful experience. The neighborhood was outright dangerous. It took me forever to find the keys and then I could not get into the building. When I was finally let in by another tenant I was unable to open the door to the apartment because the entry code did not work. Worst rental ever.
