Great villa, but a few issues.
It is true that the villa is beautiful, and Long Bay is a great area, however our stay was not without issue.
The villa is on a main road, and as such you get a fair amount of traffic noise, especially as they are fixing the roads in the area.
I received an email to say that 'light refreshing of rooms' would be done, but apparently you have to actually tell the housekeeper what you want done. We discovered this after two days when we needed toilet paper etc. in a couple of the bathrooms. If you don't say please can you make my bed etc, it will not be done.
The water pressure in the master bath is really poor. It means that it is impossible to fill the bathtub, and the shower is very weak. We ended up using a bathroom on the ground floor. Not ideal. The washing machine wasn't working properly meaning we could not wash clothes.
The kitchen is poor. Only two out of five burners working, no kettle or toaster. I guess if you are using the chef service it isn't your issue, but as a family of four we were doing some meals ourself so it was a little tricky at times.
The loungers by the pool are not as a picture online, there are three basic loungers, not the comfy cushion ones.
No ceiling fan in the lounge or bedroom by the pool, no stand fans available either. This made for a few very uncomfortable hours when there had been a power cut and the AC could not go back on.
Ming the property manager was great, worked very hard, but these issues were out of his control.
