We had an amazing stay here. Every room was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to have meals, and the bedroom suites gave us the personal space each family member needed. The location is quiet yet steps to the beach. The game room was the highlight for our group. There were 8 of us celebrating 80th & 7th birthday something for everyone. The host checked on us to make sure we were happy. Five stars all around! Would definitely book again. Thank you for the beautiful family memories.

Silver strand vacation

We had a lovely stay at this wonderful beach house. Just steps from the beach, it is a great location. All the amenities that you need, plenty of space and they are very responsive to our stay and reaching out to make sure that we were having a great time. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Oxnard Retreat

Great location by the beach. We (7 adults and 3 children) spent six nights. Plenty of room to spread out. Like that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Would book again.

The house was perfect for our family group. It was clean and modern in a friendly neighborhood. The en-suite bedrooms were such a nice amenity. We love sports so the playroom with three tvs and a professional shuffleboard table was awesome. We played every day. A large outdoor deck with plenty of seating was the cherry on top. Wish it were mine. The hosts were excellent also and stayed politely in touch to make sure we were happy.

Amazing Home, Hosts, and Location

This home is amazing. The hosts are wonderful and truly want all their guests to have the best stay possible. It is steps from the beach and the home is very clean and has lots of room. The game room and rooftop deck are amazing. We had kids and adults during our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone and things to do. The sunsets are amazing as well and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a great feature is staying with multiple couples or family members. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when we come back to Oxnard.

This home is so wonderful!! The owners have put so much thought in this remodel. It has all high end finishes!! We enjoyed the rooftop deck so much!!! Everything was perfect!! This home was more pretty in person than even the pictures show!! You will not be disappointed with this home!!!

What a Gem!

Perfect for a big group! This place was perfect for our group of 8 adults! We had 2 to a room, each room had its own full bath. Plus the downstairs had a full bath with shower for anyone who wanted their own. It was awesome. The beach was steps away, they had chairs, towels, bikes, and other great amenities! Each of the bathrooms even had little makeup remover towels, along with packaged toothbrushes in case anyone forgot one. Very thoughtful little touches. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun family getaway home

The house was clean and beautiful. Everyone loved each room had its own on suite bathroom so no one had to share. I am very picky where I stay and I appreciated the high end furnishings along with all the activities to do at the house. Plenty of space to not be crammed all the time with everyone. The bikes and ping pong were a big hit. The house is perfect for a trip where you don’t want to leave as there isn’t much to do near that could be done by bike except for the beach. They did a great job in the home design and amenities. We cooked most meals at home. It had everything we needed.

Fantastic Stay for Friends!

Four couples gathered together in this beautiful and conveniently located house to celebrate my husband's military change of command at the nearby Naval Base Port Hueneme. This house was perfect. Everything was so nice, new and clean! There was plenty of room, more than enough kitchen supplies and we loved gathering on the rooftop deck for s'mores around the fire. Our teenage son especially loved the game room! One of our friends has a couple of their own rental properties and was most impressed with the furnishings and comfort of the bedding. (She even was taking notes to use in her rentals!) Thanks again for providing a vacation home that was not only beautiful but so easy to check in and out with very responsive communication. We will definitely recommend this rental to friends!

So this house was great for our long holiday weekend! Great location Super clean , all the amenity’s we needed. The host are great, easy to communicate with. Even left some football ballon’s since we are football people and kicking off the season. Looking forward to another stay!

We held a family gathering for our granddaughter's college graduation, and this property was perfect! Everyone loved the location, the house, the space, the en-suite bathrooms, the great room/gourmet kitchen with top-shelf appliances, the rooftop patio, with the connected game room/bathroom and sleeping areas, and the ping pong table, which was well used. The bathrooms were high-end, the mattresses comfy, the towels plush, the amenities plenty! Lots of toys and beach chairs and towels to keep everyone busy! And the very kind owner left graduation balloons to greet us! So thoughtful and a great way to kick off the weekend festively! We were steps from a beautiful and uncrowded beach and close enough to stores for supplies! Not only do I recommend this lovely property, I also plan to visit again as soon as we have another opportunity! Thank you for helping us create memories!
