The Space:
This is a comfortable small space above a 200 year old barn on the back of my property. Walking distance from almost every attraction in Burlington.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire upstairs space, no entrances or rooms are shared with anyone else.

The Neighborhood:
The Old North End is what makes Burlington, Burlington. With great local dining options only a short walk in any direction, you'll be within 2 blocks of several local dining options, a coffee shop, and a grocery store.

Getting Around:
This unit is short 10 minute walk from downtown Burlington, and there are generally plenty of Ubers available.
A bus stop is located less than a block away.

Other Things to Note:
Before booking there are a few things to note about this property:

During the fall and winter, the path to the space can be muddy or snowy.

On-street parking only.

The space is on the second floor of the barn behind the main house.

There is wifi, average speed is about 150 mbps.

There is a friendly dog who lives on the property but as such we cannot accommodate additional canines.
