→ RESORT PRE-REGISTRATION: Will be a separate $105 RESORT FEE PER RESERVATION PLUS TAX. This will be paid directly to the Laketown Wharf Resort for wristbands and parking passes. A link will be sent to your cell phone or email a week before your arrival to complete the check in process.

→ Age Requirement - Reserving Guest must be at least 19 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.


→ 2 Car Max - Off Site parking available close by for a fee for more than two vehicles.

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - We furnish a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.
