This place is very special to us. Believe it or not, this was our first-ever home when we moved, so we hope it becomes as special to you as it is to us!

In this manual, you'll find lots of useful information that we've compiled over the years to help our guests make the most of their stay. From instructions on how to use the appliances to recommendations for nearby restaurants and shopping areas, we've got it all covered.

Welcome to our home. I hope you enjoy your stay. A little bit about your location: Our home is located in Davenport, which means you have the benefit of being minutes away from Disney World and Legoland without the hustle and bustle and chaos of the inner city. Here's a little bit about your neighbors:

Right across from us is an elderly couple. They like to come out and grill on their porch once in a while. Please be respectful of their property.

A few houses down are the Snowbirds, who stay here for the summer. They are very quiet and keep to themselves.

A couple of the other houses are filled with families with children, so please drive safely. Once in a while, you'll see a mother or two walking so please drive safe.

Right beside our house is a triplex that is also an Airbnb. It's usually booked, so you'll probably see some friendly faces of vacationers coming in and out. Thank you for choosing us, and just remember we're just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or concerns.
