EV Charging at Tide Time
518 Carolina Boulevard is EV-friendly! For guests traveling with electric vehicles, the home is equipped with a high-speed Level II Tesla charger with NACS plug, allowing you to fully recharge overnight. A J1772 adapter is also available for non-Tesla vehicles, making this amenity compatible with most EVs.

Access to the charger is offered for a flat $75 per week, providing a simple, reliable way to keep your vehicle charged while you enjoy the island.

Description

Tide Time at 518 Carolina Boulevard is a spacious, three-level, five-bedroom home with four full baths. Designed for indoor-outdoor living, this pet-friendly retreat is just a four-minute walk to the beach and offers every amenity needed for a relaxing Isle of Palms vacation — including a high-speed EV charging station for your convenience.

There are several outdoor spaces that allow everyone to gather while still offering privacy and quiet. The home features five open or covered decks, plus a large pool deck complete with an outdoor living room, outdoor kitchen, protected fenced yard, and plenty of pool loungers.

Tide Time was custom designed with an open reverse floorplan, placing the main living space on the second level with a wall of windows opening to a large covered porch. The living room offers comfortable lounging and a large flat-screen TV. Two dining areas — one next to the living room and one formal dining room at the front of the home — provide ample space for family meals.

The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large work island, and space for the entire family to cook together.

The garage includes a game area and a workout station with exercise equipment.

The third-level terrace offers ocean and coastal views, making it the perfect place to relax and soak in the sunshine.

The house was better than expected. Had all the kitchen items, lots of plates and utensils, outdoor and indoor games, lots of areas to relax and visit, great size pool and convenient to the beach. It was located at an area of the beach that was not crowded and family oriented. Great memories were made. Thank you!

Exceptional Property and Rental Company!

This property was perfect for our family and Low Country was nothing less than exceptional to deal with. Erika and Michael were timely in their responses whether we had a minor question about the property (where to find the pool light for example) or the closest place to find crab legs. I would say this is the best experience by far I have ever had with a property management company. They went above and beyond!The house itself was just about perfect. It has just undergone a kitchen renovation and now utilizes top of the line appliances and is extremely well stocked with just about any gadget you could possibly imagine. The pool was a great feature for us as well to cool off after a long day at the beach. The actual walk to the beach is very short (4-5 min). The neighborhood is very nice as well and although the houses are close together the porches and pool are very private. All in all I would highly recommend!

The house is beautiful! It's just a short walk to the beach! After a fun day at the beach, we enjoyed the pool. There are beautiful views from the decks. The kitchen is very well equipped for whatever you may need. We rented bikes for the week thru Beach Gear. They dropped off and picked up which was convenient! One of our favorite things to do! This beach home is meticulously taken care of inside and out!! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful home, gorgeous decor and amazing location! It was spotless and we loved the privacy of the back yard. The pool was beautiful and great for when we needed to put the babies down for naps, we could still enjoy the beautiful South Carolina sun! Loved the different porches and all the great outdoor space. We would go to the beach for 4-5 hours a day then come back and relax in the pool. We would recommend this place to everyone. I actually have a friend that wants to rent it for her family. She loved my facebook posts and has asked for information on this great place. Everything was easy to book and easy access on the day we were allowed to enter. Thank you for a great vacation that many memories were made on!

Lovely property!

We so enjoyed our time here on the Isle of Palms! This house is fantastic, the pool is lovely, and the nearby beach is beautiful. The beach was not crowded at all, even in the middle of June! The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. We enjoyed the porches on every level and the view from the top balcony is wonderful. All of the furniture, both inside and outside, was very comfortable. Truly a wonderful vacation property!

Great family home!

The week flew by for my husband, myself, our 3 sons and their wives and children. We especially loved the pool and backyard! It was peaceful and private. The walk to the beach was easy. At night we sat out on the lovely porches and enjoyed the sea breezes or gathered inside for board games and cards. The children were blissfully pooped every night....as were the adults! My husband, who is 75, has come to IOP every summer since he can remember and he ranked this as the best of all the houses we have ever rented. I think I agree.

The house at 518 Carolina Boulevard blew our expectations out of the water! The home was beautiful, clean and is furnished beautifully. Our entire family loved all of the amenities, from the pool to the cooking/baking tools. The beds were ultra comfortable and the linens were top shelf quality, which gave us a very rested and rejuvenated vacation. We highly recommend this property and Beachside Vacations.
