Our lavish 6BR villa, situated in the heart of Davenport, promises a distinctive and comfortable stay. Walk into spacious bedrooms, each exuding grandeur with plush bedding, flat-screen TVs, and central A/C to guarantee a peaceful environment throughout your stay.

Less than a 15-minutes’ drive will bring you to popular attractions like Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Walt Disney World Resort, and Epcot, catering all age groups. Fireworks at 'Happily Ever After' are a must-see.

DISCLAIMER:

Our Pool and Spa Heat Fee is $45 per day and takes 24 hours to pool to fully reach the desired temperature of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and spa 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pool Heat Disclaimer: In the event you purchased pool/spa heat and there is an issue where the heater malfunctions you will be refunded the amount you paid for the number of days of the malfunction. In the event your pool/spa heat was included in your stay you may not ask for a refund in the event of a heater malfunction as you did not pay for the pool/spa heat separately.



Toiletries: All of our homes come with basic starter packs for dish soap, trash bags, paper towels etc.  You will need to go to the grocery store during your time at our home to replace these consumable items.  The home will be stocked with appropriate levels of bath towels, hand towels, wash clots etc.  Due to food allergies the cabinets will be empty so items like spices, salt and pepper etc. will not be on site when you arrive and will need to be brought with you or purchased once you arrive.



Interaction with Guests:

For your convenience, all communication is handled directly through the Airbnb app 📲. We respond promptly to ensure you have everything you need before, during, and after your stay.



While your privacy is always respected, our team is readily available should you need assistance, local recommendations, or help with anything in the villa.
