River Retreat in the heart of Lawrenceburg, steps from casino & much more!

This new, downtown river retreat is only steps away from great shops and restaurants, the Hollywood Casino and the Lawrenceburg Event Center. This private, two bedroom/1 bathroom unit is the perfect home away from home and sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms are identical in setup, including queen sized beds, luggage racks and a space to hang clothes. There is a pull out couch in the living room with linens. Outside of the unit is a nice sitting area with a table for four with an umbrella. Across the street is a green space/dog area with bags and garbage cans for dog waste.
For your winter getaway, we are only 4 miles from Perfect North Slopes. For warmer weather trips, bring your bike or rent one near the Event Center. Lawrenceburg has a beautiful bike /walking path that guides you along the Ohio river in to historic Aurora, Indiana. The river views from the levy are breathtaking and a perfect place to relax and slow down a bit.
Summertime is buzzing at our Civic Park with Tuesday night movies, Thursday night live music, Yoga and the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. You are also near the Creation Museum, CVG airport and downtown Cincinnati. Wintertime is a winter wonderland with warming igloos and an abundance of white lights, lighted arches and reindeer.
Food options are plentiful ranging from Italian, brick oven pizza, American fare, sports bars, markets and coffee shops, all within walking distance.
To note, this unit has steps and is not handicap accessible. There is moderate street noise and the occasional train can be heard traveling through town. There are fans in each room that help to lessen those noises. Free public parking in Ivy Tech garage behind property.
Additional amenities: Smart TV with Roku Stick, plates/utensils, can opener, pots/pans/baking items for electric stove/oven, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker/filters/coffee, icemaker, toiletries-shampoo/conditioner/bath soap. The owners are nearby and can assist with any other needs you might have.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything was so well kept and it was so nice to have a kitchen with everything we needed. Lawrenceburg is such a charming town with coffee and restaurants steps away from the home. Just 10 minutes away from the Creation Museum. Highly recommend it!

This was absolutely perfect for us. Comfortable rooms/beds. The temperature was controllable and accurate. Stocked kitchen, although we didn’t use. Too much amazing local food to experience. The only downside is 1 bathroom and no W/D. Perfect for short stay. Casino, Slopes and a cute walkable downtown. Great hosts and well done walk up. We will be back!!!

Enjoyable ski trip

We enjoyed our ski weekend. Owners are responsive and very accommodating to the needs of the renters. For those who like small shops in historical downtown, this location is perfect. I would recommend this place.

Incredible pace in downtown Lawrenceburg!

I don’t know where to start: A perfect downtown/central location (restaurants, bars & shops within one block!! And the casino is a 5 minute walk); extremely clean, beautifully finished & decorated. It was truly a perfect place to stay in Lawrenceburg!

This is such a great place to stay!! It was perfect for our weekend at perfect north and only a few minutes for a drive.Great little bars and shop right outside the door and such a peaceful place.I will definitely stay here again and Karey was such a great communicator!! 10/10 would do it again!

Great Alternative to the Doubletree

We needed to be in downtown Lawrenceburg for a family funeral and the hotel was completely booked. So glad we found this spot - it was a refuge from the storm. When we are back in town, we will book again.

One of the Best…

One of if not the best property we have ever stayed. Great local area within a very short walk of several restaurants, bars, shopping, live music, and the river. Close to Cincinnati. Very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were great and extremely responsive. We didn’t even know anything about Lawrenceburg, but because of this great experience, we will definitely be back with hopes of staying at this same great property.

We were pleasantly surprised. Location was great-food close by,Thursday nite band, good close parking. Walking distance to about everything we need. The only drawback was we found the rolling drawers under the bed the morning we left-our fault- we kind of had to live out of a suitcase for 3 days:

5 Stars Across the Board

Karey and Steve’s Lawrenceburg Loft did not disappoint. From the listing and pictures it was clear that the space is crisp and new but it still managed to exceed expectation. The place was immaculately clean and the layout of the main living area was perfect for entertaining. Comfortable and clean beds/ bedding. The location is great with bars, restaurants and scenic viewing of the river all within a short walking distance. Overall more than pleased with our stay and would completely be pleased to stay again if in the area.

Fantastic Host/Wonderful Amenities

I took 6 boys to stay at the property. Host was super accommodating w/ a fee to let us stay 1 over. The place fit us all very comfortably. The cookware, silverware, toilet paper and etc. are always the worst when renting for a short stay, but this location had everything. The only think I would suggest is a butcher knife. I brought my own, so it was fine. This was my first VRBO stay in years and loved it. Wish it had assessable laundry and a half bath, but that is only because I was with all these boys & they were snowboarding in the rain.The location was amazing. I had high hopes to walk the riverwalk, but it was rainy during my stay and didn't pack appropriately for it. Host was super communicative, less than 1 hour during the stay. You cannot go wrong with the location, price tag, amenities, and place. Very strongly recommend!
