A 2 BR, 2 BA Downstairs Unit right across the street from John's Pass Village!

Cottage by the Pass, downstairs unit, offers all the charm of days gone by as well as all the modern conveniences. Cottage by the Pass is located just steps from the white sand, with no streets to cross. Across the street is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Inside you will find a spacious kitchen with travertine counter tops, and energy efficient under the counter washer and dryer. Wood floors in the living area and bed rooms. Bathrooms have a complete new look with marble showers. Outside the french doors in the back is a patio with a gas grill. In front there is a large patio with a white picket fence with lush tropical landscape.
If you are booking through VRBO - it will be transferred over to Vicinity Vacation Rentals for concierge service, to make final payment and to receive Final Instructions. You will be receiving emails from: vicinityvacationrentals@resortplanet.com
Pets (dogs) considered $100 Fee. Sorry no cats. If you would like to bring your small dog, please inquire first before you book.

Awesome Beach

The beach was close to the cottage & the water was awesome! The cottage had a great patio to sit and have coffee and a supply of beach gear including canopies & some chairs… the kitchen was spacious & each bedroom had a bathroom - great place for a vacation- close to the pass .

Great location

This place is great for two couples or a small family. Just a block from a wonderful beach, with white sands and across the street from all the shops and restaurants of John’s Pass. The house had everything we needed and then some.

Clean, working air conditioning and open floor plan and location was perfect with easy access to the beach, friendly people all over the area and overall very nice for a family stay. Our entire family enjoyed the trip!

I purchased this property from the long-time owner because I just love the classic beach cottages. I promised her that I would keep the integrity of the cottage, and not tear it down for a new home to be built. The bonus is the wonderful location. The Cottage by the Pass is the epitome of living the beach life.
