Perfect for our needs!

Navy RTC graduation

We stayed here for Navy boot camp graduation. Proximity to the base is about a 20 min drive. The house was perfect to spend time as a family with our sailor. The neighborhood is very nice and is only a couple blocks away from numerous restaurants and things to do. It is in a great location.

Navy Graduation

We were so happy with the house and especially the location. We LOVED the town of Libertyville, their excellent restaurants, shops, and adorable houses. The mattresses in every bedroom were all so comfortable and the house was very well stocked. Just a short drive to Naval Base, couldn’t have been a better trip.

Overall was good. Getting into the house was a little hectic as it was not clear what the door code was and it was not provided prior to getting to property. Once in the property all went well. Cute home and worked great for us.

Great stay

Our oldest son graduated from Navy bootcamp and we needed a place to stay. We had a total of 8 family members that made to trip to watch the ceremony. Having a 4 bedroom house somewhat close to the base as well as really close a beautiful little downtown, with shopping and dining was incredible.The only issue we had was parking. We did have 3 vehicles, which worked out, but we weren't sure if there was on-street parking since literally not one car was parked on the street. If that's the worst thing, you can imagine that it was a great trip amd the house really made it!

Beautiful upgrade of an old home

We had a wonderful time here. The house fit us all had beautiful upgrades for an older home. However, the driveway was supposed to be shared by others to get to the garage. We have a large 12 passenger van that made it a bit hard to do. The location was perfect. Not far from the base and within walking distance from Libertyville shops and restaurants. My children loved the hangout area upstairs.

Perfect for visiting our navy sailor

The house was perfect for our visit to see our graduate at Great Lakes as we were 20 minutes away from base-The house was small but 4 bedrooms with very comfy beds. One bathroom was on main level and one down in the basement- but it was very clean and bright. There is some noise from a train nearby- but I did bring a box fan for my room to block the noise and was able to sleep well. there wasn’t really nice space to enjoy the yard outside- a fire ring or some kind of nice landscaping/seating could be added. Lots of walking areas and yard are for my dog.

Perfect Family Stay in the Heart of Libertyville

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a charming little house in downtown Libertyville while celebrating my daughter's graduation, and it was absolutely perfect for our family!The house features four spacious bedrooms, two of which are master-sized with king beds — a fantastic setup for our group. There are two bathrooms, one conveniently located on the main floor near three of the bedrooms, and another in the basement where the laundry room is situated. The layout worked wonderfully, allowing everyone to have their own space.One of the highlights was the cute little living room upstairs that accompanied the second master bedroom — it was a lovely spot to relax and catch up. The amenities were great, and the house itself was well-equipped to meet our needs.Additionally, the location couldn’t have been better! We were within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area and grab meals without any hassle.Overall, this house was the perfect place for our family gathering, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Libertyville. We made some beautiful memories here, and we look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed here for boot camp PIR. It was a perfect alternative to hotels as we were there during frigid weather and going out was not really ideal. Cozy and comfortable. Wish we had the opportunity to explore Libertyville as it looked like a cute downtown which is so convenient to this home. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has all the necessities.

I was there for my son’s Navy Bootcamp graduation. Great location, very clean and decent value. The only complaint that I have is if you sleep in the bedroom that is in the front of the house, you will be dealing with a motion light going on and off while trying to go to sleep - it goes off everytime a car goes by. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.
