Perfect for a comfortable getaway or to go tubing down the river. in the middle of New Braunfels Texas and Austin Texas.
Perfect for big groups. Everything you may think of is close by across the highway from Texas State College. Aquarena Springs is minutes away. Each room has white noise, aromatherapy essential oils for relaxation . Tv with remote, in each bedroom, loft area plus downstairs living area. Kitchen has a Nespresso with frother plus a Keurig for you . Popcorn machine, games, dart board and more for family time in loft area. Wineries are minutes away house.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The owner was great to work with and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to make our trip comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great place. Everyone commented on how great it was, and they went above and beyond to help accommodate us. They brought a table to us to help with a graduation gathering, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. No issues ever staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. The location couldn't have been better, just a very short Uber to the square and the river float. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

This was the perfect place for our week in San Marcos. Incredibly convenient to Texas State, shopping, restaurants and river floats. The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. The house itself had the perfect layout for our group and was equipped with everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Great location, wonderful communication from the host. Cleanliness was good but had sand under rug and cobweb in corner of the house. Slept 8 people comfortably and would definitely come back again
