Located just 200 yards from Eden Isle Marina, this custom luxury cabin built in 2011 has all the amenities and high tech conveniences you would expect in the best vacation l home. The home is located in the exclusive resort of EDEN ISLE, which is a large peninsula on Greers Ferry Lake close to the Red Apple Inn & Country Club. This vacation getaway is situated on a heavily wooded lot surrounded by nature. Whether you’re a water person or not, this exclusive area has something for everyone. Boating is one minute away at the marina. Golf, spa, tennis and dining are only 5 minutes away at Red Apple Inn & Country Club on Eden Isle. Trout fishing is only 20 minutes away on the Little Red River. Movies, bowling, shopping and restaurants are just 15 minutes away in nearby Heber Springs. Perfect getaway for fun at the lake, fall foliage watchers, family memory makers, girls retreats, guys golf outings, trout fishing retreats, corporate outings, or a romantic couples weekend.

Home features 4 BR, 3 baths and WiFi. 2 master bedrooms upstairs both have king size beds while 1 master includes large TV and DVD. 2 bunkrooms downstairs feature 8 twin bunks. Greatroom features huge rock fireplace and large flat panel TV and DVD. Both girls and boys bunkrooms have TV and DVD. Large fully featured professional grade kitchen with indoor dining space for 10. Large deck and screened porch with outdoor dining for 8. Front and back porches have porch swings for morning coffee or a good book.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE OR SCREENED IN PORCH. NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL INSIDE 30 DAYS. ANYTHING MISSING FROM THE PROPERTY OR DAMAGED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT TO COVER THE FULL COST OF REPLACING THE MISSING ITEMS OR REPAIRING THE DAMAGE.

Additional charges for maid service may apply for excessive messes having to be cleaned up, excessive laundry having to be washed or trash having to be re-bagged and hauled off to dumpsters because the trash service would not pick it up from the cans because it was improperly bagged.

Beautiful lake cabin in Eden Isle!

This was a family reunion weekend with my family and a cousin's family. Fantastic location just up the road from the Eden Isle Marina. I enjoyed the multiple outdoor seating areas. It was so peaceful to have coffee in the morning on the porch and then go for walk around the beautiful neighborhood. The cabin was plenty big for the two families! The four boys loved the bunk beds and we appreciated that my teenage daughter had her own bunk room. The house is beautifully decorated with vintage and Arkansas themed decor. My daughter and I loved reading through the cookbooks. The boys had a great time playing checkers, tic-tac-toe, gathering sticks to help start the fire for roasting s'mores! The kitchen has top of the line appliances and well-stocked fridge/pantry. The best stocked pantry and kitchen that I've ever seen in a VRBO. The beds were super comfortable and we got even slept in, which is rare for us. Loved the bathroom design with walk-in showers and rain head faucets! Much enjoyed after our day out on the lake. The laundry room even had beach towels, which came in handy since we forgot to bring beach towels from home. Even though it was a short weekend, we made memories to cherish forever!

Lake weekend

Planned for two families with teenagers/college kids. But one family couldn’t come. So there were just four of us. Well stocked kitchen. We spent most of our time in the lake but enjoyed our time at the house.

The property was wonderful from location (so close to the Marina and Red Apple Inn/CC), amenities (fully stocked kitchen, comfy furniture, ample outdoor space), communication with manager, and all we needed for two young families with kids ranging from 18 mos. - 5 years old. We will be back!

Beautiful Lake Home

We had a great time! This lake home is beautiful and filled with everything you need. It's a perfect location for a family weekend. We love to cook when we come off the lake and the kitchen was well equipped and the grill is great. It was too hot in August, but it also has a fire pit outside. It's a definite on recommending this property!

Beautiful home & comfy beds

The beds were really comfortable. We have two couples so the Jack and Jill bath between the 2 adult bedrooms upstairs took some coordination. Kitchen was well stocked. The sectional couch is really deep so we needed pillows behind us to sit comfortably. The TV has Roku, YouTube and netflix which made it more difficult to search for something to watch. We enjoyed the back deck in the evening and having a good kitchen to work in.
