Quick access to the local grocery store, gas stations, hardware store and a variety places to shop. Catch a show in Branson less than an hour away or explore the nearby Glade Top Trail. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, utensils, cookware and a Kuerig coffee maker including coffee and hot chocolate k-cups. Plenty of seating with a full size sofa and leather recliner while watching a 43" smart TV capable of streaming your favorite apps. Enjoy roasting marshmallows or making s'mores in the custom rock fire pit. Recharge your boat batteries with an outdoor plug within easy access. Please inquire about boat parking before you book this property as the driveway is not a pull through; however, easily accommodates 25' boats. This location is not secluded.
