Jeremiah & I own Country Boys Landscape LLC & have 3 kids. We were all born & raised in Nampa/Caldwell Idaho area. We love working & spending time as a family. We designed & remodeled this home in 2018 & absolutely love this house. We lived here until October 28, 2023 where we moved to Emmett personally. We still run & operate our business from the Karcher house. We wanted to share out wonderful home with others.
Why they chose this property
This location is so close to the freeway & so close to entertainment. There are so many things to do in this area like- Movie Theaters, Shopping, Restraints, Bike Ridding, Lake Lowell, Hot Springs, ATV & Motocross Ridding, Idaho Expo, Idaho Event Center, Concerts, Dancing, Horseback Ridding, Rivers in every direction, Bogus Basin Ski Resort, Roaring Springs, Wahoo's, Zip Lining, Rock Climbing, Top Golf, Bowling Alleys, & More... Really anything you can think of, we have it.
What makes this property unique
This home sits on just under 6 acres and is an open concept. There is room for big semi's, trucks, trailers, dogs, kids, family events, parties & more. We use to host youth evens every month. Its a great place to unwind & relax around the firepits or fireplace & kitchen island. Just feels homey.
