The space
The luxury Beach House is perfect for 3 to 30-nights long stay. 🏝️

Great for the Family Vacation.

We have fiber mesh network WiFi throughout the house for streaming, fun or work.✅

Open-concept layout:
The first floor of the house is open-concept layout with a roll-up glass window wall. Relax and hang out on the bright and open front deck.
The deck includes outdoor lamp style heater.

Activities:
Please check in with us and we can send you a complete list of Newport and local beach 🏝️ activities

- Take a stroll or jogging along the shoreline to the Pier.
- Surfing at the top 5 surf spot.
- Rent a Bicycle and cruise beach front bike path.
- Take a chair & parasol, to the sand.
- Play the Beach volleyball. The courts are on the Beach.
- Stand up paddle on the bay. SUP board & paddles, PFD, navigation LED lights are available for the guests.

Channel Place Park:
- Channel place park (public Park) is only 1 minute / 55-foot steps from the house.
- Go shoot some hoops, play Frisbee, or do a cartwheel on the grass.
- SUP, Kayak landing is behind the playground in the park.

Traffic noise:
The one side of the house is facing 5 lane Boulevard, not suitable for noise sensitive person.
#Please DO NOT send us trip request if you’re noise sensitive. We have no control over the traffic noise.

No AC.

#No visitors allowed. (Strict)
Unregistered guest will be charged $100 per person per day.
Guest access
Guests have sole access to the luxurious two-story Beach House.
The front deck off the living room is exclusive to the Beach House.
(Note: Mail carrier, Delivery, and hosts will access to the front porch through the deck)

Shared area:
Garage, outdoor shower, and outdoor side-yards are shared with our other house.

Beach recreational equipment:
Beach towels, beach chairs, Paddle-boards & paddles, boogie boards are available for the guests first come first serve basis.

Garage parking space for Luxury Beach House:
One car space is reserved for the registered guest.
Entrance height 75-inches, width 7-ft.-3-inches x depth 30-ft.
Fits ONE large car without roof storage.

#No incense, candle; We don’t permit burning of candle, incense, or any kind inside/outside of the house.
#Guest may not allow to use our address for your personal use such as delivery packages, and receiving mail.

To keep you and your family safe, the Newport Beach Police Department offers the following tips when out biking, driving or walking:

PEDESTRIANS
Only cross at marked crosswalks or intersections with a stop sign or signal. Look for cars backing up. Avoid going between parked cars.
Make eye contact with drivers. Don't assume they see you.
Wear bright clothing during the day and use a flashlight when walking at night.

BICYCLISTS
Always wear a helmet. Helmets are required by law for anyone under 18.
Bicyclists must travel in the same direction of traffic and have the same requirements as any slow moving vehicle.

DRIVERS
Wait for pedestrians to cross the street. Be courteous and patient.
Stay off the phone.
Follow the speed limit.
Look for pedestrians when backing up or turning.
