The host was great- easy to reach via email when we had to ask questions before our stay and easy to reach/communuicate with via phone when we first arrived. The house has a lot of space for people to move around both inside and outside. Very safe and clean neighborhood with easy access to lots of stores and experiences in and around Chandler. Nice access to both the Mesa and Phoenix airport.

Lacks personality and several other things.

Most things were good— the size, the location the yard. But the mattress in the master suite was new but hard as a board. A rug in the bathroom, a table lamp somewhere to read by— some people like to sit and read while on vacation, a few dish towels, salt and pepper, these are a few of the things that seem like necessities in a vacation rental.

Clean and Cozy!

Upon arrival, the home was very clean and super cozy! Home decor is very welcoming. Online photos don’t do this house justice, we thought the place was a lot nicer in person. We didn’t have any issues at the time of booking, check-in/out. Management/owner was very responsive. Our only complaint, the bed in the master bedroom sits really high off the ground. No other complaints.

Great property, excellent location. The yard and pool are beautiful. Super clean, and the hosts communication was perfect. The pool is not heated (that was expected) but super clean and well maintained, we still used it!
