With 1900 s.f. living area, this three bedroom three bath view unit features an expansive covered lanai, private elevator access, central air, central vacuum, washer/dryer, and elegant 'Tommy Bahama' furnishings throughout. The sixteen foot glass wall folds back, joining the great room with the lanai to expand the living area to about 1900 square feet. Beautiful Serenity Villas!

Our family had an amazing vacation at this luxury villa in Kauai! The property was walking distance to the beaches and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We hope to come visit again! Mahalo

It is a beautiful unit well apppointed and equipped. The rooms were spaciois and the beds were all comfortable. For the older folks it is Good news bad news - the unit is away from the noise of the pool but it is the back unit so the unloading of your luggage will require a bit of a walk

Absolutely loved this property! Room for all 5 of us adults. Easy access to Poipu beach. Close to Koloa town. Fully stocked unit and comfy furniture. Everything in home works such a terrific view! We will be back again for sure!

Beautiful unit in a great location

The unit was exactly as described and was pristine, with a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect--literally five minute walk to Brennecke's Beach and just a few minutes more to Poipu Beach. We had an unforgettable stay.

Wonderful place

The Condo is in excellent condition. We enjoyed taking walks to the beach and seeing the turtles and seals. The pool is beautiful and a few steps away. Everything went as planned and we enjoyed the stay! Thank you Walt and Joy!

A Lovely Place

We spent 10 days at Walt & Joy’s Serenity Villa at The Villas at Poipu Kai, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised, being spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, and beautiful. Having the ability to open up the main indoor space to the lush green outdoors was a real treat, as was the gorgeous outlook. The owners were also very pleasant to deal with, and I would highly recommend this unit to others who are looking for similar accommodations. We hope to stay again some day!

Can’t ask for more

Absolute joy of a vacation rental. The house has it all: it is well maintained, high end finishes, spacious rooms, beautiful surroundings, and short walks to magnificent beaches. Everything was seamless. The parking is a little bit of a walk through the complex, which was not an issue for us. This would be more relevant for anyone traveling with someone mobility limited. All in all, a pleasure of a visit and would love to stay here again.

Lovely home at a wonderful location

This home is stunning and beautifully furnished. It is a quick walk to Poipu Beach (10 minutes max maybe??) where we watched the turtles come in at dawn for a rest and then back out at sunset which was phenomenal! The grounds were beautiful and the pool so refreshing. The three king bedrooms/3 baths worked perfectly for three couples to share. We highly recommend this one. The only suggestion I have is to let renters know that there is a recycling option. Unfortunately we didn’t realize it until we took out trash on day 3 and saw the recycling bins.

Wonderful Poipu Villa

From the moment my wife and I pulled up the property we were impressed. Grounds very well taken care of, as well as the pool and hot tub. Walt and Joy were great to work with ahead of time with any questions I had. When my wife and I walked through the front door it was better than the photos. Master bedroom mattress was comfortable and the master bath was dreamy. It was very handy having laundry in house with all the activities to do on Kauai. We walked down to the beach many days on the trails and enjoyed the sunny south shore all week. You get much more for your money being a couple blocks off the water here versus a small hotel room for $600-700. Loved it and hope to get back here before Walt and Joy move in for good. Perfect condo for our vacation with our adult children. Very spacious and nice furnishings. Great location to the beaches and having the pool so close was a plus. The lanai was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Stop scrolling and book this one now!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. It provided us with all of the latest and necessary conveniences, and was especially nice to be able to do a load of laundry when needed. Wonderful Place in Poipu

Just returned from our trip to this place and can't get over how great it was. The amenities were spot on. We had everything we needed and more. The place is immaculate, and the grounds of the facility are well-kept. We took advantage of the proximity to the beach and spent most of our time either at the condo or at the beach. The kitchen was perfect, and the outside grill was too. Will definitely stay again.
