Overall very nice, very hot weekend and air was not on when we arrived, not much instruction on how to use air or WiFi. Would stay again due to great location for fairgrounds
Good location, about a 10 minute walk to the light rail station. The place was clean and inviting. Would stay there again

We truly appreciate your positive review and we would love for you to come stay again. We are so happy you like the touches we made in the unit. Stay blessed and dont forget about us in the future.🙂
Bed was very comfortable. The noise from the AC would turn on and off throughout the night, the hide a bed that our son slept on wasn’t sturdy and the couch wasn’t comfort for watching TV or even visiting. We kept busy outside of the house due to this. If we are in a pitch and this is available we would stay again. But not our favorite.
I was MN for work project from TX. Where do I begin? Living out a suitcase for the first three months before stay at this location wasn’t the greatest. After finding this spot on Vrbo, Erika and her team were amazing. In the south, we have a term called “Southern Hospitality”. Erika and her team made me feel like I was leasing a property from a childhood friend. This resulted in booking from January to May. Their quick responses on questions or concerns through app was as if I called them directly. Their flexibility on extending my stay in two week increments due to work expense limit was unreal and made my experience in MN phenomenal!! Not if but when I’m back in this area they are my go too before even thinking about a hotel. If you’re just reading reviews don’t miss the opportunity for you and family to be treated like family/royalty. To Erika and her team thanks again for EVERYTHING!!!!

Could be better
This place was fine, not as great as described. The air return had such an unbelievable, never seen anything like it, accumulation of black hair and dirt that it looked like a muppet trying to reach through.Lots of dust on baseboards, shelves, chair bases. Cobwebs in corners. Walls super scuffed up. Microwave door, Keurig and stove panel dirty. Fridge, kitchen sink and countertops were clean. Bathroom sink and toilet were clean. Shower/tub clean enough-old fixture maybe can't look cleaner, did have newer surround. The towels seemed laundered, but also like it had been a while since.Very noisy late evening-slamming doors, music, cars etc. Quiet by midnight, fine until morning. Comfy bed.Street parking was fine. Old house, run down outside but ok.K-cups, to-go coffee cups, basket of treats and mini fridge with water, soda, juice bags – a nice touch. Not bad enough to boycott, but definitely needs outdoor stair repair/replacement, as well as a refresh and professional cleaning.

Good afternoon and thanks for the review. We will note the items of your concern and make sure we have our cleaners the cleaners check the air return vents. This is an older building; however there are photos of the property online for clients to see so theres no surprise the building is older. As for the noise, there are other tenants in the building and if there was a problem with the noise we would have appreciated an email to alert us of the issue so we could atleast contact the other short term tenants to make sure they understand the house rules which is at 10pm. The steps are in the process of getting fixed and the repair is already scheduled.
Everything is excellent with this place. Host was extremely accommodating in turning down the temperature to make us comfortable, it was unseasonably warm in Minnesota that weekend.
