About this property

The house was belonged to one of the Sacristan families of Foca Orthodoks Church in 1890s.
When the family left Foca due to people exchange on 1920's, one of the Muslim Cleric (from Lemnos Island) started to live here. Until early 1980's many families lived here.
Owners (Sukran & Omer) are still searching for the family members of this family in the world for to respect them and host them as guests in the house. They visited many cities of Greece to find them. Still they are hoping :))

The house has 2 bedrooms (One for Parent, one for Children & other guest), WC & shower on 1st flor, Living Room (has 1 sofabed), Kitchen and a small laundry room on the garden floor.

The garden is shared between the owner and the guest. Coffee and dining cornera are separated for the guests.

The owners (Omer & Sukran) lives in the other stone house on the big shared garden.
All Guests will enjoy Turkish Hospitality.

Urlaub im Steinhaus

Wir hatten eine schöne und ruhige Urlaubszeit im Steinhaus. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so üblicherweise benötigt. Dieses Haus können wir sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub , Beautiful holiday experience

Wir waren vom 22.06.23 bis zum 14.07.23 in dem Ferienhaus von Ömer und Sükran Torun. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön restauriert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Besitzer waren herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral in Eski Foca. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal hinfahren. Vielen Dank für den schönen Ferienaufenthalt. We stayed in Ömer and Sükran Torun's holiday home from 22.06.23 to 14.07.23. The holiday home has been beautifully restored and lovingly furnished. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. The holiday home is very centrally located in Eski Foca. We will definitely go again. Thank you for the nice holiday stay. 22.06.23 - 14.07.23 tarihleri arasında Ömer ve Şükran Torun'un yazlıklarında kaldık. Ev güzel bir şekilde restore edilmiş ve sevgiyle döşenmiştir. Entspannter Ort

Wir haben es sehr genossen, so nah am Meer und zentral zu sein, mit dem Bäcker um die Ecke und leckeren Restaurants in der Nähe. Lediglich die Stechmücken um diese Jahreszeit haben uns gestört. Eine sehr entspannte und diverse Atmosphäre in dieser Stadt! Im Garten gab es zwei Möglichkeiten, draussen zu essen, so dass man in der Sonne oder im Schatten essen konnte. Wir haben und gut erholt.

Beautiful and authentic old house in the hard of the old town.

Very wel and nicely renovated old stone house from late nineteenth century. Cosy outside yard to sit. Well equipped kitchen, although we hardly used it, because the restaurants are too attractive.... Omer was very helpful and friendly.

Wohlfühl-Oase in liebevoll restaurierten historischen Wänden

Perfekt ausgestattet für eine 4-köpfige Familie inmitten der Altstadt von Foca. Zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist absolut sympathisch, hilfsbereit und kompetent.

The house is located in the center of Foca so you can get easly where you want. Local markets, beaches, fishmarket, bars, restaurants, shops etc You can take many pictures in Foca, from cats to old stone houses...
