The space
Casa d'Olival is a renovated XVI centuries-old farmhouse, almost as old as the enchanting folk tales that animate the Tuscan hills. Located at an altitude of about 340m, it is immersed in the green, and surrounded by olive groves and chestnut and oak woodland. Let your senses and imagination be carried away by the out of time quality of Casa d’Olival: the verge between reality and enchantment has never been so thin.

When the balcony doors are open, a light breeze blows through this bright 1-bedroom apartment, creating a comfortable and peaceful environment. The bedroom faces north-west. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a marble-tiled shower and, on a split lower level, a kitchen completely separate from the main room. The spacious living area will allow you to relax and dine indoor, while the outdoor area (adjacent to the apartment), with a gazebo among olive trees, furnished with table and chairs will let you enjoying meals "al fresco" with a view of the Tuscan hills.

The house consists of a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, a lovely living area to host a wine tasting for two and a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and dining area. While the apartment doesn't have AC, due to thickness of the exterior stone walls, it remains cool even during the summer months.
It is the romantic place par excellence: here you will marvel at unique sunsets and savour unforgettable summer evenings.

• A 6x12m swimming pool open from June 1st to the end of September.
Swimming pool:
- From 10 to 4:30pm quiet time guaranteed
- Pool closes at 10pm.
- Relax on the sun-beds or under the shaded gazebo.
• Bathrooms equipped with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
• Guests who prefer a more active holiday can plan excursions on various paths or program experiences that the area offers.
