Fully furnished and equipped, we have thought of everything so all you'll need to bring is your luggage. Attention to detail from the down comforters to the Egyptian cotton linens, you will be comfortable during your stay with us!

PLEASE NOTE! THIS IS LOCATED IN A VERY BUSY PART OF GREENPOINT AND IT IS LOCATED NEX TO A RESTAURANT THAT STAYS OPEN LATE WHICH CAN BE NOISY! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE LIGHT SLEEPER.

Our stay at Luis' property was fantastic. The communication was great and check in/out smooth - they even let us leave our luggage for the day when we checked out. The place has GREAT AC, an amazing location, and all the comforts we could've needed. The apartment is a 1 floor walk up with slightly steep steps but as expected for NY. Super spacious (we were 5 people) and plenty of privacy/quiet despite it being on a busy street and above a great pizza/soft serve spot. We would book it again and rec this spot for friends. We were lucky enough to be there for the Knicks win and the World Cup.....what a great week in NY!

Could not ask for a better location in Greenpoint! Within steps of great restaurants, parks, shops and the subway. Clean, spacious (for NY) and as advertised. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Washer/dryer was super helpful to have in the space. Would stay again.

This condo is in an incredible location - you're walking to everything from food to juice to massages to just anything you could possibly need!! Greenpoint is just awesome. The hosts here are super nice guys as well, very communicative and want to make sure it's a good stay. Great comfy beds and a washer/dryer in unit was so nice as well! The only thing to note in this condo is part of the price being great is there is noise from the pizza shop below the condo. On weekends, you will hear music until around 4am. I sleep with ear plugs so it wasn't an issue for me. You really aren't going to find a better spot location wise and price wise - and with great kind hosts. Oh, and so roomy compared to staying at a hotel or something!!

Greenpoint a good location

The apartment is a great base for Brooklyn and Manhattan. It has everything you need and has lots of local amenities. The area is lively and so the front bedrooms are a bit more noisy but for us this was fine for our older teenagers. The back bedroom is quiet. Good restaurants, delis, bars all in walking distance. The owner was very helpful.

This Vrbo was an absolute delight. We loved staying here in this residence and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in New York. Residence is right around the corner to the G train which connects to you to any of the main trains. Around are many shops, delis, coffee shops to buy from so you never go in need. Place was beautifully set up. Great amenities available to you as well within the place. Host was also very responsive with some questions we had. Overall, we had a great stay and will be back for our next New York stay!

The apartment is exactly as described! Very clean. Perfect location. Close to grocery stores and liquor stores. It is a bit noisy from outside noise, but what place isn’t in New York? So bring some ear plugs. Definitely worth the rental price!! We could not have been any happier with this rental!
