We had a great weekend at this property. Nice easy parking, house was clean and stocked with nearly everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and views were beautiful. We especially enjoyed having our coffee and listening to the waves. Definitely a place we look forward to returning to.
I was not expecting the mandatory choice of 59 for insurance or 1,500 for a cleaning deposit. Compared to other properties, this seems excessive. Other than that, the property was fantastic, the location was perfect and the views were amazing. Great experience overall.

Thank you for your input. The neighborhood is in development, and undergoing a great rehabilitation. Most of our guests find the neighborhood charming and interesting, we understand if you don't feel that way. Thanks for the review
The little orange house with the purple door was well stocked. I love my pour over coffee; so I was delighted to find we had a chemex with fresh ground coffee in the kitchen. My husband prefers machines so he was happy to see we also had a Kureig. The place was very clean; which is refreshing as we have stayed in many that are not. The cooking utensils; pots and pans were good quality which made cooking in our cute kitchen a treat. Quiet little neighborhood; very close to the beach. There is even an outdoor tub! We will definitely remember this spot for our next visit. Check in was a breeze and our host was easy to reach and very accommodating-highly recommend
