Located on the east side of Keuka Lake and just minutes from downtown Penn Yan, Our Happy Retreat is a spacious six-bedroom, three-bathroom lake home designed for unforgettable Finger Lakes vacations. With an open layout, private lake access, and inviting outdoor spaces, this home is perfect for families or groups looking to relax and reconnect.

The main level features a bright and airy kitchen that flows into the living and dining areas. The kitchen is a chef's dream, stocked with cooking and baking essentials, and includes a large granite island for casual seating. The dining table seats eight comfortably, creating the perfect place for family meals and lively conversation. After dinner, gather in the living room around the gas fireplace and take in the lake views from the large windows, or step out to the wraparound deck and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

On the entry level, you'll find a queen bedroom with access to the lakeside deck and a den with a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Upstairs are four more bedrooms, including a master suite with beautiful lake views, a twin sleeper sofa, and a private bath featuring a tiled shower and jetted tub. Two king bedrooms and a queen bedroom provide plenty of space for everyone. The lower level adds a sixth bedroom with twin beds and a game room complete with foosball and air hockey for family fun.

Just across East Lake Road lies your private lakefront, with 93 feet of shoreline and a seasonal dock perfect for swimming, fishing, or soaking up the sun. In the backyard, enjoy evenings by the fire pit or unwind in the hot tub with a glass of local wine.

From Our Happy Retreat, you'll be close to everything the Finger Lakes has to offer. Spend the day exploring wineries like Rooster Hill and Keuka Spring, shop and dine in downtown Penn Yan, or visit nearby Hammondsport for more lakeside charm. Whether you're lounging on the deck, playing games by the lake, or gathering around the fire pit, every moment here feels like home.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
