Located in the heart of Waikiki, right off popular Kuhio Ave, enjoy easy access to world-renowned shopping, dining, and entertainment! Our unit features one bedroom, separated from living room by curtain room divider, great closet space, full kitchen, breakfast bar, private lanai with outdoor seating, desk/chair, A/C, tv, wifi, and cable. Not to mention, down below in the Hawaiian King courtyard, escape the hustle & bustle and take a dip or sun bathe by the beautiful pool!
This lovely one bedroom apartment features two twin size beds (sleeps 1 each, 2 total), sofa bed (sleeps 2), full kitchen and bath, and private lanai. Elevator available.
*Please note that this is a flexible property, no switching of guests is allowed. Strict no smoking policy. The two twin size beds in the bedroom are pushed together in photos, but are actually two separate beds.
KITCHEN/DINING
This home includes full kitchen with brand new appliances, including range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Also includes coffee maker, mugs, cups, dishes, cutlery, basic cookware and more. Quaint breakfast bar with 2 seats available for dining in kitchen.

The living area includes brand new, very comfy sofa bed (sleeps 2), rattan accent chair and coffee table, tv, and brand new window AC.

The private bedroom includes two twin size beds (sleeps 1 each, 2 total), closet space, and lanai access.
The full bathroom includes standing shower, toilet, and single vanity area. Plus, extra vanity space or workspace right outside bathroom.

This building features central courtyard with sundeck, pool, BBQ area, and laundry room.

Right off of Kuhio Ave., this unit is only a 5 minute walk (0.2 miles) to the famous Duke's restaurant right on Waikiki Beach.
