The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 11am. Collect all open/unconsumed food (including from fridge) and all trash in provided bags and place in garbage bin in shed.
Put all dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Make sure all windows are shut and lights and air conditioners are off. Turn off hot tub jets, set temp to 90 degrees, and cover and latch.
Make sure kitchen door is locked using keypad, only and front door is locked. Don’t Lock screen doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do not allow our dog on the furniture and ask the same of yours.

Our family stumbled upon this area on a camping trip and fell in love with it. The beauty of the surroundings, coupled with the nearby towns, each with their own personalities, made us want to establish a home here.

What makes this property unique

Woods farm and its property with the antique barn and little outbuildings provide a sense of the history of the place with all the comforts of a modern home. Areas within the house and outdoors are thoughtfully assembled to provide places of contemplation, relaxation, and recreation. The property is well-located to be private, yet among several of the western Catskills best towns.
