Close to Callicoon, Livingston Manor, and Roscoe with shops, restaurants, swimming, fishing, and hiking. In the colder months, cozy up to the wood burning stove in the living room, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor firepit. In the warmer months, grab some fresh vegetables from the garden to grill on the porch or laze in the hammock.
Stopping in the area to attend a wedding or for summer camp pickup/drop-off? We're a favorite of French Woods families and accommodate up to 5 people.

Fantastic Getaway

I loved this property. It is a fantastic mix of vintage/ old and upgraded/ new. The property is relaxing and has so many great places to chill and read a book.

Why they chose this property

Our family stumbled upon this area on a camping trip and fell in love with it. The beauty of the surroundings, coupled with the nearby towns, each with their own personalities, made us want to establish a home here.

What makes this property unique

Woods farm and its property with the antique barn and little outbuildings provide a sense of the history of the place with all the comforts of a modern home. Areas within the house and outdoors are thoughtfully assembled to provide places of contemplation, relaxation, and recreation. The property is well-located to be private, yet among several of the western Catskills best towns.
