Gate Pass Information
This villa is located within the private gated Leamington community inside Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort.
Vehicle passes must be purchased upon arrival at $35 per vehicle per week available 24/7 cash or charge.
Up to two vehicle passes are available for each guests.


Beach Equipment Rentals
Additional beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach equipment may be rented through Shore Beach Services, located directly on the beach.
