Welcome to this beautiful home away from home, where comfort meets adventure in this inviting vacation rental. This charming single-family retreat has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, offering a laid-back atmosphere that captures the essence of island living.

As you step into this modern and comfy home, the first thing to catch your eye is the courtyard with a generously sized pool where you will likely spend much time relaxing or swimming laps to get your daily cardio.

Start your day with your coffee out by the deck overlooking the dock/canal or in the pool area. Enjoy your meals in the very large kitchen with an 8-seat island, or at the dining table by the pool area. The kitchen, the heart of any home, is a spacious area where your family can gather. Equipped with modern appliances (including an induction cooktop) and ample counter space.

The master suite is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a plush king-sized bed, sitting area and a large bathroom and a walk-in closet. The additional two bedrooms are equally inviting and cozy retreats with very comfortable mattresses. The large guest bathroom ensures a spacious shower to unwind.

For those feeling a bit more adventurous, there are two kayaks waiting to be launched into the canal. Paddle along the waterways and explore the hidden corners of Marco Island (at your own risk, of course.) If you prefer to stay on land, hop on the provided bicycles and cruise around the stunning neighborhoods, soaking in the tropical scenery.

In the evenings, gather around the poolside for a barbecue and enjoy a quiet dinner on the patio. As the night falls, sit by the dock to hear the sounds of the water, feel the sea breeze and be mesmerized by the star-filled sky.

The home is nestled in the Lamplighter neighborhood on a quiet street, offering the perfect blend of privacy and proximity to the water. This home was perfect for a week getaway from the Northeast cold! Maggie was an amazing host who helped answer any questions we had and was quick to respond. I would highly recommend this home for your next family vacation, the heated pool was my oldest favorite part!

Our family had a wonderful time, we loved the house setup with the big chefs kitchen and bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. We had everything we needed from bikes, kayaks, beach bags, beach chairs, plenty of towels and great location. What we enjoyed the most was the outdoor living space and pool, after a fun day exploring the island and beaches we came back to a great night of pool time, movies and board games outdoors. This home was beautifully decorated and upscale finished, don’t hesitate to book this amazing home!

Perfect stay

We loved our time at this beautiful home and Maggie was incredibly helpful. Having so many things provided such as paper products, spices, a pack-n-play, etc. made the trip easy especially traveling with kids. The location is great and we especially loved being on the canal and using the kayaks.

We rent in Marco every year, and this house is a favorite for us. Maggie and Ken were great hosts, responsive and excellent communicators. They made the process easy, and the result was a wonderful Thanksgiving. The house has every amenity you could need, and the furnishings are very comfortable. The beds were new and relaxed, which is a must-have for us! The house even came with lots of fun water toys, bikes, and beach gear. Rent this place, you won't be disappointed!

Relaxing stay in a fantastic home

The house was exactly as described and pictured. It was close to everything we wanted to do or see in Marco Island and allowed for fantastic and relaxing family time around the pool, on the dock, or sitting around the island in the kitchen. The layout of the home was great for our family - early risers could access the kitchen and enjoy an early morning run on the beach a short 1.5 miles away and others could sleep in. The home had everything we needed and more and Maggie was a helpful and very responsive host! We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Cannot get much better

So this house has everything and is super convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Beach gear, 4 bicycles, fully stocked kitchen and 2 Kayaks as well. Home is modern and clean. Pool with screened room was outstanding. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful property in a great location!

We loved our stay at this house. Everything was clean and well appointed, with all the amenities. We lounged in the beautiful pool area overlooking the canal and watched football on the large TV. We kayaked along the canal. We enjoyed the large kitchen for big breakfasts. We were there over Christmas, and the decorative holiday touches enhanced the experience. Maggie was very helpful and responsive to any questions about the property. Five stars highly recommend!

We had a 14 day stay with family and the house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together. Lovely decor, classy Florida vibe. Located in a residential neighborhood and facing a canal, the indoor and outdoor spaces are in great condition, everything looks fresh and new. The kitchen has an island that seats eight and comes with every appliance and utensil you might need. Maggie the owner gets 10 stars from me for answering all my questions. Highly recommend this property, we will likely be back.

Beautiful Home

This waterfront home was just perfect for our Spring Break. We loved the location, close to beach, shopping and restaurants! The house was gorgeous, modern and very comfortable. The pool was perfectly situated in the middle overlooking the cannel. We kayaked and biked everyday. Even saw some dolphins while we were kayaking. We felt very safe in the nice quiet neighborhood that our teenage girls could ride the bikes to the beach and explore. The house had all the amenities you could need and the owner, Maggie, was so nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend her home and Marco Island!

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for our family traveling together, ranging from 3yrs - 87 yrsThe home was beautiful and the host (Maggie) was wonderful! The house is warm, inviting, and cozy. The pool was located in a fun location, surrounded by door walls of all of the living areas. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities in each room left nothing to desire. Typically when we rent Florida homes, we have to purchase essentials for the week (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry/dishwasher detergent, coffee filters), but not here! Maggie had everything! There were also all of the pool floats you could ask for to play in the pool, and sand toys for our toddler for the beach.Maggie was quick with communication, and was very accommodating

Amazing Home - Couldn’t Ask for More!

My family of five (3 children in their 20’s) couldn’t have asked for more at this property. Owner was in available for any questions and was super helpful. Basically the house had everything you could need for a beach vacation except sunscreen. Towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, wagon and even beach hats are available for use. Everything was super clean and plenty of space for a large family. Pool was perfect and we used it several hours each day, even watching our favorite team playing on TV while in the pool. We used the kayaks provided and went all the way to Caxambas Pass (about an hour each way) to look for shells. Enjoyed the sunrise from the boat launch area. Loved eating at Doreen’s for breakfast. We opted for Tiger Tail Beach while we were there, plenty of parking but it is a long walk to the water so please bring the wagon to haul your gear. Thank you for an amazing trip to Marco Island!

Wir haben einen tollen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine schöne, ruhige Lage an einem Kanal. Es verfügt über zahlreiche Zugangsmöglichkeiten von den Innenräumlichkeiten zum Pool-Bereich. Sehr gelungen ist auch eine Außenterrasse in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kanal.Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Strand sehr schnell erreichbar. Maggie als Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit, sehr sympathisch und hat sich um alles gekümmert.

We have owned property on Marco Island since 2006, and have great rental history and reviews from past rentals on VRBO. Now we are focused on our home away from home in this island paradise, and after purchasing this property in 2021, we decided to remodel it to our coastal, modern taste for our own family retreat. We are opening up our entire home to guests who want to experience all that Marco has to offer and make new memories with family and friends as we have over the years. This is not a party home, but rather a quiet neighborhood and relaxing getaway for a family.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is primarily comprised of full-time residents, 2nd home snowbirds and some vacation rental properties. We are close to San Marco Road and about 4-5 blocks from Collier Blvd.

What makes this property unique

We have a modest home that we have worked hard to remodel and furnish it with a welcoming coastal vibe. We love our large kitchen / bar area that fits our large family nicely. The courtyard layout of this home is what captured our hearts and we hope it will do the same for you.
