Save your steps, and drive right down to the lakeside access and dock Enjoy swimming in the sandy-bottomed lake and enjoy incredible fishing in the premier lake of the area, Yellow Lake! Truly amazing 2.6 acre lakeside retreat with nearly 300 feet of shoreline on Little Yellow Lake!

High quality construction featuring log siding, expansive deck, & delightful screen porch! So many unique treasures & spaces to love about this property. Vaulted living room featuring a stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors and tongue & groove paneling! Custom solid timber staircase & railings. The upstairs primary bedroom includes walk in closet & separate bathroom w/ jetted tub plus adjacent loft/office area with a futon. Enjoy reading and relaxing while enjoying the views! Downstairs are two more bedrooms. One with a queen bed and one with bunk beds, twin over a full, so plenty of room to sleep

The kitchen boasts beautiful granite kitchen countertops, stainless appls and breakfast bar. Enjoy your morning coffee with the awesome out of the tap water! No need for bottled water, the water is wonderful!

Patio & firepit, with its own boat launch area & fish cleaning station. Swim, boat, fish, ski, ATV & snowmobile right out of the back door and just 90 minutes from the Twin Cities!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house very much. It was very clean and comfortable and the beds are very nice. The kitchen is ideal for making a family meal. We can't wait until we can come and enjoy a whole week on the lake and enjoy the house! Scott is very nice and accessible. Definitely recommend this property!

Great Location

Great Location. Owner was easy to communicate with and helped with a special request. Very clean with all amenities needed. Only negative was air conditioning was not able to keep up with the extreme heat and humidity.

The log cabin was absolutely beautiful and Scott was amazing to work with! The amenities were perfect and our family had a great time! The lake is a great fishing lake!

Excellent Cabin on the Lake

Booked a short spring break weekend and it was wonderful. Cabin is lovely, well stocked and right on the lake. Great location for visiting the St Croix Casino and Burnett Dairy. Would love to come back during the summer and play on the lake. The owner was also great with communication and making sure we had every needed.

Spring Family Fishing Trip

Great stay on Little Yellow. The house is in a great location for quick access to big and little yellow lakes. It is modern, cozy, and fully equipped for everything needed to enjoy your getaway. The owner is very responsive to your needs and questions. Would stay here again.

Great Cabin!

We loved staying at this property. The cabin was clean, spacious and had wonderful views of the lake! The property manager was quick to respond when we had questions. The amenities were great and we had everything we needed. We would defiantly come back to stay here again.

If you are looking for a home that has plenty of room and beauty this is the place. The home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Beautiful fishing lake Infact my grandson caught a huge bass just from the dock! I plan on renting this place next year. 😊

Perfect Base Camp for Adventure

A wonderful, modern Northwoods cabin perfect for longtime friends to get together, renew traditions, relax and enjoy the outdoors. The Yellow Lake Retreat had everything we were looking for. It's a great place. The open Great room and kichen invite togetherness. The beds are comfortable. Scott was welcoming and responsive to our questions, interested in making sure our stay was the best that it could be. We love this area and have been coming here for years. We'd definitely like to return to this cabin. Thanks, Scott!

Yellow Lake Vacation 2024

We had a WONDERFUL stay! Kitchen was well equipped, and I was able to provide wonderful meals for my family (I like to cook on vacation), slept in comfortable and clean beds with quality linens, laundry facilities so you didn't have to pack too many changes of clothes, and the grounds are fantastic! The steam shower was a welcome treat for all, but the whirlpool tub was a treat just for me...nice fluffy white towels too! Lots of area to explore with nature all around! There was an eagle eating its' catch right on the dock!! Chipmunks for the dogs to try and make friends with too! Fishing was great - caught lots of largemouth bass, northerns and a beautiful pumpkin seed!! We put them all back in the lake for others to catch again... Scott was a wonderful host - quick to respond when needed and willing to accommodate a special request to allow us to have our 3 well behaved pets (instead of 2) that travel with us. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who likes to fish, hunt, snowmobile, cross-country ski, girls' weekend, MEA, small intimate holiday gathering, or just sit and watch the world go by... We will be visiting again!!
