This was a wonderful getaway cottage and we enjoyed how peaceful the location was. Appreciate the preservation of an older property and the additional added space to make it very functional. It was close to where our event was and the outdoor courtyard was so very pleasant.

We were in town for a wedding, this was the perfect place for our time in town. Close to everything we needed. The house was clean and equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Great communication and easy to access. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Columbia.

Wonderful, well appointed, restful retreat. We stayed for USC Family weekend and found this to be convenient for getting to and from campus without too much traffic. Would definitely stay again. The outdoor setting is beautiful. Wish we had been around longer to enjoy it

Stayed multiple days for a wedding. This is a quiet, clean, and cozy small home, perfect for short stays in Columbia, in a nice neighborhood. It is close to downtown and the USC campus; both are under 10 minute drives away. Does split the property with another home, but still feels private and separated. The kitchen is wonderful and having two full bathrooms is a huge plus. No complaints on our stay. Definitely should be the first choice for someone looking to stay around Columbia.

This was such a lovely experience from beginning to end! The house had such wonderful appliances, and very clean, but my most favorite part was the courtyard. It was so peaceful and quiet. We came down for the zoo, and it was only 6 minutes away! Such a perfect location. Great communication with the host as well!

This was a beautiful property and a lovely space. Well equipped and updated in a quiet neighborhood. The property is located directly behind another rental house. Even with close proximity, there’s a lot of privacy. We were visiting USC and this location was not close to campus, but on a game day weekend it was a good option. Would certainly return to this location.

Nice quiet little cottage to stay in. Had all the amenities you would expect for a few nights stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the bed was comfy. The house was a bit warm during the day but cooled off at night. It was also hotter than heck out during the day - this didn’t help! We stayed here to visit Fort Jackson and the distance was as described.
