Every room we used had a stunning view of the ocean. The pool and hot tub were just perfect. It is exceptional to sit together at a table and share a meal, games and time together. Easy access to a beautiful beach too

The kitchen was nicely equipped, though they were a couple of burners out on the stove… The icemaker was broke, but they ordered a new one and it should’ve arrived after we left. They did bring us bags of ice upon request… The Brampton Park employees are great to work with the location of the home couldn’t be nicer. It was so fun to watch the boats coming and going as well as the lighthouse close by. The neighbors dogs were a bit of the nuisance, barking and fighting a lot and listening to them yell at their dogs that would’ve been my only complaint about the Neighbourhood. I would definitely go here again.

The entire home was perfectly spacious and comfortable. All rooms were clean and well stocked and comfortable. The Host consistently made themselves available to us during our visit. The kitchen was totally equipped with all the utensils, dishes, and appliances that were in like new condition and easy to use. The pool was clean well heated, with pool toys available for our enjoyment. This home allowed us one of our best visits and family vacations. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and everyone wishing a lifetime memorable stay!

Fantastic family vacation!

Beautiful location and spacious home

Wonderful week with multiple families under one roof. Home perfectly suited a group with plenty of room, spacious living spaces inside and out. Views are incredible and both beach and pool area were well used. Thank you for the responsiveness throughout our stay.

Outstanding Multi Family Vaca

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren on our annual Spring Break vacation. The home was beautiful and well equipped. The pool was perfectly heated and well maintained. Only suggestion would be to include soap or body wash in showers. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful spot!

Property was just as described. Plenty of space to sleep and hang out, beautiful pool and beach. House was well-stocked with pots and pans if you wanted to cook. A/C worked great. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great house with lots of amenities! Met all our needs and more! So clean and wonderfully kept up. Lots of space and seating areas around the pool and such a short walk to the beach! Everyone had such a great time and the kids especially loved the kayak-something they had never done!!

Roseman Family Vacation

This property was everything we thought it would be in more (minus a few small hiccups). Our family enjoyed spending quality time together at this home. Loved our Beach “Home”

Our stay was AMAZING!!! We all miss our beach “home” sooo much and can’t wait to come back!! We went as a family get away with our grown children and grandchildren and it was PERFECT!!! The view was MAGNIFICENT and loved waking up to the sunrise every morning and a walk along the shore. Everyone enjoyed the pool and being able to walk right out to basically your own beach. The beach was super clean and there was plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for all. Big and small kids liked the ping pong table, board games and enjoyed, and added to, some of the balls and sand toys. We ate nearly all our meals at the house which was very well appointed and set up perfectly for entertaining and for everyone to be involved. There were ample coffee pots, appliances, tons of plates, cups, griddles, serving dishes and used the outdoor grill right off the kitchen ALOT! The large outdoor table was one of my favorite things and the MASTER BEDROOM with its large jetted tub, large closet/dressing room and own balcony!!! Did I mention.. the VIEW.. The beds, pillows and sheets were all very comfortable and there was plenty!!! The bedroom on the ground floor was great for parents to sleep close to the little ones who loved the bunk beds and various additional bedding options of a futon and pull out sofa. The property management staff was super friendly, helpful and accessible for any questions and needs!! We didn’t want to leave and are all looking forward to when we can go back!!

Rotting Seaweed Malfunctioning Spa No Sonos

What VRBO doesn't tell you Red tide rotting nauseating smell from beach area in front of rental The city started cleaning up the seaweed several days after we complained The Sonos did not connect to I phones The Hot Spa was only hot one night out of 8 Spent abnormal amount of time trying to get realtor in charge of VRBO to understand problems Realtor was convinced all problems were the tenants problems This luxury vacation was definitely disrupted by the responses of and lack of understanding by the realtor who represented the owner for VRBO In the past all VRBO properties we have rented had a dedicated host who went out of the way to make sure everything was as expected or better However this realtor continued to blame the renters for all problems encountered She was unable to get the Sonos to connect to our music and was unable to get the heat to work for Spa except one night when the owner turned the heat on I would not recommend this property to anyone with the current managing realtor

Ideal beach house

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving/beach vacation/family reunion. First of all, the view of the water was expansive and fabulous, a great way to start your day. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, from table settings for 20 to a kayak, lots of beach chairs and pool toys. We liked the bedrooms on all three levels, the teenagers had their own space downstairs, our 80-plus seniors were on the main level and we had the privacy of the master upstairs- lots of room for our party of 13. Kitchen was perfect for our group to work together. Overall, a wonderful place to create lasting family memories.

Loved this House for our family. It was perfect! Celebrated my mom's 87th birthday.

When I walked into the home, even after seeing photos, it took my breath away. The clean lines of the interior, the beauty, and serenity of the ocean view were exquisite. Additionally, it was very functional for the 13 of us. 9 adults and 4 children. There are two full-size refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The pool and hot tub area are gorgeous and well maintained. They even had pool toys and beach chairs as well as a kayak. it was an amazing venue for a special vacation and family reunion. Thank you to all who helped us with this property.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! GREAT FOR GROUPS!

We have been renting this wonderful home for 3 years. We have a group of friends who come from NY and we stay here. There is nothing you need from the outside world. The pool, the space, the location, it's all just perfect. We are 10 adults that range from ages 30-55. We all have our own room. No issues on space. and the Master Suite you will want to draw straws to see who gets this masterpiece. The kitchen is the best for preparing meals, talking, and all sitting down together in the large dining room table. After a long day of swimming, eating and talking, we all gather in the living room and watch TV in the living room. We don't even use the upstairs living room. It's the perfect house for a group who like to just sit back and enjoy. The beach is in your backyard. Debbie is great to work with and she checks up and makes sure everything is okay. And if it's not, she will take care of the issue asap. We are just deciding our next year time period. ! Enjoy

This villa has it all

The perfect location, incredible layout, plenty of sleeping space, great kitchen for entertaining large groups, great living space and stunning views. The pool is large, well maintained and clean. Jacuzzi is great. We were greeted by the courteous and professional Indira with follow up visit by Debbie to make sure all was good. Thank you for making this family reunion one of the best ever with everyone (5 years old to 73 years old)giving it a thumbs up.
