Enjoy amazing panoramic views of the ocean/outer islands from this 5th floor beachfront condominium that is breathtakingly peaceful and serene. This unit offers year-round sunsets and is fully furnished with a completely equipped kitchen, king size bed, quality air mattress or sofa bed (whichever you prefer for extra guests), and is ready for leisure occupancy by our fortunate vacation rental guests. The Royal Mauian is centrally located between two of Maui’s top beaches, Kamaole 1 and Kamaole 2 and is highly regarded for its premium location.


*Please note this unit does not have wall A/C but does have a portable air conditioner set up in the living room. This unit is nearly half the cost of the remodeled unit next door, while enjoying the same spectacular sunsets, watching whales (in season), and listening to the sound of waves rolling in at this prime location resort. We look forward to having you stay with us!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in January at the Royal Mauian. The condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. The location was fantastic, beach access and shops were in walking distance. We especially loved the beautiful sunset views and whale watching from our lanai. It truly made our stay memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo has it all!! Amazing view, perfectly located on Kam beach I, and all the amenities you would need! The condo is stocked with chairs, umbrella, and various beach toys! I would definitely stay there again, we enjoyed our time immensely. The only flaw…the toilet paper was super thin lol. Literally my only complaint :)

Location, location, location!!! The beach (walking barefoot to the beach, Kamaole 1 - Kam 1), the ABC store is across the street and next to Bob's Snorkel, with shops just to the south and across from Kam 2!!Balcony is second to none, the umbrella and chairs were right there and everything was easy - Maui style! The place was super cozy and equipped with everything we needed.

Condo had everything we needed in it as well as several beach chairs and beach equipment. The location was great and we could walk to so many places. The view is incredible and we saw beautiful sunsets every night! We snorkeled a few times right out front and saw a huge variety of fish and several turtles. Would definitely book again!

Spectacular View!

We stayed here for a week and the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular! We also enjoyed watching the turtles that come to the shore and we had the perfect view from the patio. All of the furniture including the bed were very comfortable. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay here!

The condo was lovely. Everything was easy to access from it. I would say that the only downside was the lack of air conditioning. When I searched for this location, I put in air conditioning and this condo popped up and it said it had like a unit air conditioner, as a very small unit in the living room that only cool living room And I wish I would’ve known that ahead of time

For March the Sunset is in full view on the Lanai.

Great location with all the all the toys for the Beach and Kitchen. Preferring the use of a deluxe air-mattress to that of a "pull out couch" we unfortunately found the mattress with a slow leak. Jordan was very attentive and had a replacement the next day, much to the delight of teen age grand son. Lots of chairs and umbrella for the beach, especially enjoyed the Wagon to take it all there.

Spectacular views

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Jordan’s condo. It’s in a great location, is very clean, and the view is spectacular! The sunsets were unbelievable and there are turtles everywhere in the water right outside. The roof top deck is a nice bonus. Jordan was an outstanding host, very accommodating and flexible. An oscillating fan stopped working one day and Jordan had it replaced for us almost instantly. The check in process was also a breeze. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Ocean Front View

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Royal Mauian. I would love to say that the best thing about this Condo and our stay is the view. That view is something very special and is something that a lot of people will never get to experience. The location of this Condo is great, close to shopping, restaurants and a wonderful beach with great snorkeling. We saw 5 turtles swimming close to the beach from our porch. Another one of my favorite features of this place is the Roof Top Garden. It is so lovely with multiple grills for grilling, a sink and a refrigerator. The ambiance was such a great vibe with all the night time lighting. Also, the unit was so well taken care of and you can definitely tell the property manager cares about his job and everything he has to offer within this rental.

May is a Great time of year to return to Maui. Once on island, the communication with the property manager was good. The unit was small, kitchen was tight but met our needs. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels, and the shower supplies. AC for the unit, as stated, was lacking, although there was a portable AC unit in the livingroom... we did not try it... knowing nothing about it. May was OK with fans, but it you like it cool, this might be a deal breaker for ya. Roku TV took a minute to figure out, but was OK in the end. You really don't go to Maui to watch TV anyhow... Kitchen had enough items and the filter basket coffee maker did its job. Furniture was dated as well as the kitchen appliances, but all worked fine. The location was really the selling point for us, and it did not disappoint in that regard. Lots of walking to shops and restaurants. Nice to leave the car in the lot most times. A few small maintenance issues, nothing much worth mentioning. We were granted a very late checkout which was so prefect, since we had a "red-eye" flight home. Much appreciated! Aloha

Wonderful location & host

Thanks for sharing your condo with us! We loved the location, the lawn chairs/sun bathing loungers provided by the homeowners association were fantastic, Kam 1 & 2 beaches were so convenient, sunsets were marvelous, there were sea turtles swimming around the rocks and back & forth in the waves as we were swimming (how cool!!!), the wind really did keep the condo cool enough in June summer heat (it was not super hot … about 85s during day and 75 around sunset). The check in process was super easy; the host provided a nice supply of starter things (really appreciated the dish washing liquid, laundry pods, hand soap containers, paper towels, hair dryer, etc). The welcome gift of chocolates was very thoughtful. The winds do really pick up in the afternoon so sunset cute pictures were not really possible if you didn’t want wind blown hair. Loved having direct access to the beach. LOVED the tall chairs on balcony so could look over the railing for an unobstructed view. Kids loved the soft round chair in corner!! Overall was a phenomenal selection for our Maui vacation!! Definitely will be back to this location if we have an opportunity to visit Maui again! Thanks!!
