Great location. Easy access to town and mountain. Comfy beds. Kitchen has everything needed to make meals. Hot tub and rec room were very nice after a day on the mountain.

Great location being central to everything, but unit is dark n noisy next to busy road. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment/utensils. Happy it’s pet friendly.

Thank you for your mostly positive review. However, I would like to address your claim of false advertising. I was surprised to see you mention the laundry situation. After a rather rude phone call in which you complained about the lack of laundry facilities in the condo, we clarified that the condo does not advertise laundry amenities. After investigating the matter, you acknowledged that the condo does not offer laundry services. While no discount was provided for your misunderstanding, we did offer to relocate you to a property with in-room laundry. Unfortunately, you declined that offer.

The property was good. However, the actual location was not to our liking. The unit is at the corner of two streets so the car traffic is loud and because the unit does not have AC, when the windows are open, it is even louder. In our unit, it was mostly clean. There were a few items left from previous guests that we found in the main bedroom, a nail clipper, empty water bottle and another trash item. We have stayed at other complexes and rooms and most often the kitchens are pretty well stocked for cooking. In this unit, some basics like salt and pepper and some other cooking staples were not there (we ended up buying from the market). If we had known that we would need those supplies, we would have brought from home. On the positive side, the unit and complex was quiet (other than the street noise). Also, it was in a good location, pretty central to everything.
